Tables are provided showing preliminary sizes for typical spans and spacings. Table specifications are provided with each table indicating conditions and assumptions used to calculate the member sizes. These tables are provided as a guideline. Specific member sizes should be reviewed by a licensed design professional. Note: Shear design values used in calculations are 200 psi. Current values have been increased to 240 psi.
